Tori Spelling forced to evacuate rental home amid hostage situation

Tori Spelling was forced to evacuate her rental home after a neighbour was allegedly arrested with an AR-15 rifle and a reported hostage.

The casually dressed Beverly Hills, 90210 alum was photographed on Wednesday afternoon in Los Angeles amid the frenzy, which reportedly involved an armed man who barricaded himself inside a home, reports Page Six.

Though the man’s identity has not yet been revealed, he was seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue basketball shorts and sneakers as SWAT team officers whisked him away in handcuffs.

Spelling, for her part, was dressed in a yellow graphic T-shirt, distressed denim cargo pants and blue-and-white Nike sneakers, which she accessorised with a black beanie, oversized sunglasses and choker necklaces.

The seemingly worried actress, 50, clutched her phone in her hand as she gathered on the street with other distressed onlookers.

It’s unclear whether any of her children were with her.

Spelling has been experiencing marital, financial and health woes in recent months.

Her husband of 17 years, Dean McDermott, announced their split in June. He has since moved on with a woman named Lily Calo.

Spelling and the estranged couple’s five children then spent weeks living in a $100-a-night motel after learning that their rental home was infested with “extreme” mould.

After that, the blond beauty and her kids stayed in an RV for a period of time, which reportedly “mortified” McDermott.

In August, she spent several days in the hospital without disclosing any details about her illness or condition.
