There are many great characters in Palia, and one of them is Najuma. You only know what Hodari and Najuma have told you so far about the accident involving Najuma’s mom. Well, prepare for some feelings because you’re going to find out a little bit more during this heartfelt quest.
The quest name is an accurate description of the heavy topics covered within it. This walkthrough can help you prepare a little for what you will encounter as you complete the quest.

How To Get The Survivor’s Guilt Quest
Before you can get this quest, you’ll need to reach friendship level three with Najuma and complete her ‘Airtight Plans’ friendship quest.
Directly after you finish Najuma’s level three friendship quest ‘Airtight Plan’, you’ll have a visitor at your housing plot. Zeki will be there to chat with you, and he’ll give you the Survivor’s Guilt quest automatically during the conversation.
How To Complete The Survivor’s Guilt Quest
Zeki is concerned about Najuma and hopes you can get a little more information from her about what’s really bothering her. Talk to Najuma when she’s in her room to continue the quest, and she’ll explain a little bit more about her mom’s accident.
Najuma is usually in her room from 5am until around 10am. Keep in mind that if people are chatting with her, it may delay some of these timeframes.
After you talk to Najuma, Hodari will meet you at your housing plot since he’s also going to need your help, but not in the way you might expect. He wants you to help Najuma with her work and even suggests you try finding some of Leta’s blueprints.
Her blueprints have been scattered around Palia, and there are five of them that you will need to find. Hodari will also give you a couple of suggestions on how to begin your search.
Talk To Zeki
Zeki will give you the blueprints when you talk to him, and nothing else is required for the first set of blueprints.
Hunt Chapaas
You will need to hunt chapaas in front of Hodari and Najuma’s house. Chapaas commonly roam to the East of their house across the pond, so it shouldn’t take long to acquire the blueprints.
Blueprint At Lighthouse
If you approach the Bahari Bay lighthouse from the front entrance, head to the right and look around the base of the lighthouse to find the blueprint you need. It’s near some barrels and a wooden support column.
Blueprint At A Geyser
There are many geysers in Bahari Bay, but for this blueprint, you need the double geysers that are connected by an underground tunnel. They’re located about halfway between Hideaway Bluffs and Windy Ruins.
The blueprint is about halfway between the two geysers, and there’s no need to descend to the lower level, so stay on the main underground geyser level. It will be by the spot with a chair, rug, and a couple of sacks of fruits and vegetables.
Blueprint Behind Hodari’s And Najuma’s House
This blueprint is close to Hodari and Najuma’s home, so if you walk behind the house, the item will be sitting on top of the stacked wooden crates.
Quest Rewards
Now that you have all the blueprints, you can return to Hodari. Turning in this quest will give you the following rewards:
- 150 Renown
- Chapaabot
- Chapaabot Blueprints
The two chapaabot items come in a letter from Najuma, once the quest is completed.
