Exploration in a game like Starfield can often be quite rewarding because you can collect a lot of gear and loot from the side stories and faction quest lines. The Peacemaker quest in Starfield is one of the many side missions that reward you with a powerful weapon and legendary equipment.
While you always have the option to complete the main story, you can also explore the Settled Systems for unique interactions and side activities. The Peacemaker occurs in the Ixyll star system on the Ixyll II planet at the Eleos Retreat facility.
How To Start The Peacemaker Quest
The Peacemaker quest starts when you talk to Solan in the Eleos Retreat Facility at the end of a prior mission called Exorcism. Solan will inform you that Nevan wants to speak with you in his office. After collecting the Exorcism mission rewards, head back to Nevan’s office and start the dialogue.
The only way to get the Peacemaker quest is to complete the three prior missions because the quests build on each other. To get this quest, you must first complete the Dead Drop, Ghost Hunt, and Exorcism quests, which will then lead to the events of Peacemaker.
When you arrive in Nevan’s office, he will ask you to go to Akila City to brief the facility’s largest donor about the events of your three previous missions.
The Eleos Retreat is a rehabilitation center for incarcerated criminals who cannot pay off their bounty. After a worker goes missing, you are tasked with the following three missions.
- Dead Drop: Find the missing worker (Kilman).
- Ghost Hunt: Search for the worker’s kidnappers.
- Exorcism: Deal with the bounty hunters antagonizing the facility’s workers.
Now that the predicament has been solved, the CEO needs your confirmation to deal with the Tracker’s Alliance accordingly. So, after you are done talking to Nevan, head to Alkila City to talk to the founding donor of Eleos Retreat.
Akila City is located in the Freestar Collective space in the Cheyenne star system on planet Akila.
How To Talk To Reisha Lance
When you land in Akila City, follow your waypoint to reach a tower where you will find the founding donor of Eleos Retreat, Riesha Lance. As you try to climb the stairs, Justin, a part of Riesha’s security team, will stop you.
While Justin will ask you to visit later, he will let you through after you explain that Nevan sent you from Eleos Retreat to meet Reisha.
The dialogues in the Peacekeeper mission are fairly simple and straightforward, so you won’t need persuasion to progress through the quest.
Once you get upstairs, you will meet Reisha Lance and her assistant, Lily. After chatting about the events on Ixyll II, Reisha will give you some rewards as a token of appreciation for your work at the facility.
The rewards for completing this mission are credits (scaled to player level) and 50 XP. Apart from these rewards, you will receive the following items from Reisha:
- Peacemaker (epic rifle).
- Hauler’s Advanced Peacemaker Spacesuit (legendary).
- Advanced Peacemaker balanced pack.
- Advanced Peacemaker space helmet.
