The Last Faith follows protagonist Eryk’s journey through the ruined lands of the world around him, as he faces hordes of monstrous beings afflicted with the Nycrux. To combat these monstrosities, he has a fierce arsenal of unique weapons and tools to make short work of the beasts. All his weapons have a base moveset, along with a special mode activated while using the focus meter for focus attacks.

In The Last Faith, the right combination of these weapons can make a challenging experience into a thrilling battle between you and these ravenous monsters. Each of these weapons can give a special flare to the combat. They are categorized in two types. Right-handed weapons, melee weapons that use focus for special attacks, and left-handed weapons, ranged weapons that use ammo.

10 Illygarth Boreal Blade

A frost imbued longsword obtained after slaying the Starlight Beast of Illygarth, this sword offers moderate range and sleek combo attacks. It’s a magic sword that is used very efficiently with the stargazer combat style, scaling with the magic stats and giving you a frosty advantage against monsters with its swift combos and element buildup.

The Icy cold attacks and the ability to cast frost on itself makes the sword ideal for dispatching fire-spewing monsters and freezing enemies for several free hits. Continuing to use the focus attack after imbuing the blade with frost adds a long-range attack that sends blasts of ice to foes for massive frost damage.

9 Stormchaser Macewhip

Part short-range powerhouse and part long-range whip, the Stormchaser Macewhip can be found in the Esk Mansion and is one of the first elemental weapons found in the game. This hybrid between a mace and whip is efficient against slimy aquatic-based enemies due to the lightning element.

Along with the other weapons in The Last Faith, there are two combat styles to grow accustomed to with this weapon to offer an all-around way to manage oncoming enemies from different ranges. The default attack combos are slow and up close to enemies, perfect for dodging into openings, and the focus attack turns it into a whip for faster combos at long range that can dispatch crowds of foes.

8 Firestriker Blade

This fearsome sword that imbues the devastating fire element can be bought from Mariano for 9500 Nycrux after delivering a rare prototype blueprint. The Firestarter Blade is a well-rounded sword that can trigger a powerful flamethrower attack that can render most enemies weak with the fire element with the focus attack.

Once used, the sword is automatically imbued with flame damage that becomes part of the normal combo attacks. Using focus during this mode adds another attack where a fireball flies from the sword toward foes.

7 Nightfall Blade

The Nightfall Blade is the default weapon at the beginning of the game and is the one you will probably use the most in combat, upgrades, and overall utility in the first quarter of the game. The Dexterity heavy builds pair well with this weapon in the beginning due to its starting damage scaling.

The basic combo is a swift, short-range combo that can chip enemy health down. The focus attack turns the dagger-like blade into a retractable spear that can swiftly slash and stab at enemies that are further away from you while keeping you safe from close attacks.

6 Etheral Great Blade

The Etheral Great Blade can be found in a treasure chest in the Drowned Crypt and is one of the slower but higher damage-dealing weapons per hit available in the early sections of the game. Combos are slow and can leave you open to attacks, but the damage against the usual enemies encountered makes up for the sacrifice.

This strong sword is at its best when dodging and exploiting enemy openings. Even bosses can be brought down easily with a decent strength build. The focus attack of the Etheral Great Blade lets you close the distance on foes and slam the sword into them, which sends shockwaves and debris for additional damage, vanquishing enemy groups effortlessly.

5 Nighttide’s Rout

Found in a hidden wall within Mythringal, Nighttide’s Rout is essentially the whip weapon that Castlevania fans will feel familiar with. It may not be as damaging as most dex weapons on the same level, but it’s great for crowd control. This attack is even more devastating when you apply an element like fire or darkness to the weapon, as the rain of daggers applies separate damage points.

4 Holy Winged Axe

Found in a treasure chest within the Ordens Regnant Palace, The Holy Winged Axe is one of the most versatile weapons found in the Last Faith. The default combo attacks are slightly faster than the skullcleaver axe and have bonus frost damage with every hit.

A major aspect of this weapon is the focus attack. Eryk removes the blades of the axe and duel-wields them to unleash a devastating array of attacks that inflict a stream of frost damage that envelops strong enemies before they can overwhelm you.

3 Severance Reaper

This weapon is in a treasure chest in the Damned Ruins of the Osseus Fortress after dealing with a gauntlet of foes. The Severance Reaper is a vicious combination of speedy combos and a long range, making it one of the most viscerally formidable non-elemental weapons to find in the game.

The default combos have the scythe sweep and slash in long arcs that can stagger enemies and leave them vulnerable to multiple blows. As effective as this is, the focus attack is even more devastating. The large blade of the Severance Reaper detaches to be used for quick and lethal combos that can drain the health of bosses in moments.

2 Spinal Chain Blade

This unique great sword can be found in a treasure chest in Liturical Pass. The Spinal Chain Blade swings and slashes faster compared to the Etheral Great Blade. Despite appearances, this weapon is more attuned to magic builds than strength, due to using magical techniques and the darkness element.

The focus attack also turns the large sword into a segmented chain weapon that whips around before blasting clouds of darkness in front of enemies, decimating their health. This is perfect for being fast and damaging enough to actively beat down enemies and bosses.

1 Rift of Blood

The Rift of Blood is a mystical katana that can be found in the Damned Ruins of the Osseus Fortress after completing several candle-based puzzles and resting on a coffin in one of the areas. This is a marvelous weapon that can cleave through the health of most foes while also delivering the bloodloss effect.

The focus attack can annihilate groups of enemies and the range of the blade is complemented by the speed of its combos. The Rift of Blood is one of the last weapons you’ll be able to find in the game, and is a truly formidable weapon to slaughter the cold ones.
