One such Codex entry that players can tackle fairly early in the game is finding and defeating the Giant Goblin Butcher. This guy is a pretty formidable enemy and can pose a big problem once players find him. However, there is still some difficulty in finding him thanks to his timed appearances and the fact that other players will search for him and kill him before anyone else can get to the location. The Codex entry for dealing with the Giant Goblin Butcher is available in the file Urstella Fields section of the Codex and can be attempted after reaching level 7. It's called Butcher in the field, and killing this enemy is only part of the whole thing.


Once the entrance is unlocked and players are ready to face the goblin, they can do so go to Urstella Fields section of the map. The Giant Goblin Butcher is located directly at west of the Starlight Observatory ruinsthat players will encounter as part of the main mission.

Players will know they are in the right area when they see it tons of smaller goblin enemies around. These little guys are simply basic enemies that don't require too much attention from the player.

As mentioned above, the Giant Goblin Butcher is on a timed cycle for when she lays her eggs. If a player reaches the area and isn't there, they will have to wait about five minutes before it spawns again.

for killing him, and if they can't land a hit, they'll have to wait for another spawn.


Gobin's Giant Butcher is a formidable opponent with devastating attacks if they land. Players can prepare as best they can for this fight carrying a long range weapon like a bow or a stick to hit him from afar. Also, having other players helping you will always be helpful.
