Where To Find All 5 Beacons In Lords Of The Fallen

To cleanse the beacons is your duty, lampbearer.

Lords Of The Fallen is a soulslike game that follows a familiar pattern. The challenge in this game comes from tough environments and enemies, and it doesn’t provide much guidance on how to move forward or progress through the story of the game. All you know is that you’re a lampbearer with a mission to cleanse beacons.

As you play the game, you’ll naturally discover some beacons, but others need specific actions to access. In total, you must locate five beacons to advance in the game, and each one of them in a separate area.

You can decide whether to cleanse a beacon or not, but it’s essential to understand that how you approach the beacons influences the endings you’ll experience.

If you gaze up into the sky, you’ll notice red lights that point you in the direction of the beacons. This is your primary way to roughly locate them.

Although you’re given a few hints about beacon locations, you’ll need to do most of the searching on your own. To make it easier, the table below displays all the locations of the five beacons in the game.

Beacon Location

How To Get There

Forsaken Fen

You can reach Forsaken Fen from Pilgrim’s Perch. Along the way, you’ll need to battle The Congregator Of Flesh and continue further into the forest until you encounter the Hushed Saint. Once you defeat the Hushed Saint, the first beacon will be right on the other side of the arena.

Upper Calrath

Once you’ve reached Upper Calrath, continue moving forward until you reach a spacious open arena. From there, head to the door on the opposite side and climb the stairs upwards. After you drop down, turn right and enter Umbral realm. Here, you’ll notice a ladder on the lower level. Ascend that ladder and leap to the right side. Follow this path upwards by taking the stairs, and you’ll eventually find the beacon.

Fief of the Winter Curse

To access this area, you’ll need the Fief Key from Andreas of Ebb. With this key, you can open the bell door at Redcopse Windmill/Vestige of Marco the Axe. Beyond that door, you’ll enter a snowy place called the Fief of the Chill Curse. In this area, you’ll need to navigate to the boss fight against the Hollow Crow. After defeating the Hollow Crow, head to the right side, exit the boss area, drop down from the ladder, and proceed to the second building in front of you. Go all the way up, and there you’ll discover the beacon.

Tower of Penance

Before reaching this area, you must acquire the Pilgrim’s Perch Key to unlock the bell door near the Pilgrim’s Perch Bellroom/Vestige of Blind Agatha. Moving through this area and reaching the top will lead you to the Manse of the Hallowed Brothers. Towards the end of this section, you’ll have two area choices, one of them being the Tower of the Penance. You’ll spot a bridge leading to a tall tower with a red beacon at the top. Inside the tower, head to the bottom and defeat Tancred, the Master of Castigations. After defeating him, use the lift to reach the top, where you’ll find the beacon.

Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters

Just before the bridge that leads to the Tower of Penance, there’s another path on the left side in the open area. This path will lead you to the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters. To get to the beacon, progress to the end of this area and battle the Rapturous Huntress of the Dusk in a room where the Rune of Adyr is located. Keep moving forward from there until you reach the Empyrean, where you’ll find Judge Cleric, the Radiant Sentinel waiting for you in the arena just before the beacon.
