While she isn't the strongest trainer in the region nor the most powerful gym leader, her team of Fire Pocket Monsters is among the toughest in the game when rematched by players in Pokémon Emerald.

The most powerful Fire-type trainer is Flint, a member of Sinnoh's Elite Four.
