One piece Chapter 1134 was absolutely massive for the story, and one of the main reasons why this chapter shocked fans everywhere was that Oda introduced a very intriguing character towards the end. In a twist no fan could have expected, Oda revealed at the end of the chapter a Shanks lookalike emerged in Elbaf out of nowhere.

This character will be absolutely huge in this arc, and fans can't wait to see what role he will play and how Oda will position him as the main villain of the Elbaf arc. Of course, at the moment, not much is known about why this character is in Elbaf, but there are already clues in the story.
