The Knights of the Round Table mission is actually the third and final test of the fairies in the Everafter biome Disney Valley of Dreams. Once the trial is complete, you can start saving 10,000 Story Spells to unlock the final area in Everafter, which contains Maleficent's Castle.
It is quite simple to complete the Knights of the Round Table quest Disney Valley of Dreams as the puzzles inside are easier than previous trials. Make sure to open the Fallen Fortress area to start the mission.

How to complete the Knights of the Round Table trial in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Players will automatically trigger the Knights of the Round Table quest after completing the Fallen Fortress quest Disney Valley of Dreams. Spin the wheel and use the portal in the gazebo to participate in the Fallen Fortress fairytale trial.
Open the door by turning the knight right twice to face the chandelier. Next you'll see three knights in the center of the room, but each is missing a piece of armor. Your task is to find these items and return them to complete the trial Disney Valley of Dreams.
Position of the knight's flag
From the location of the three knights, proceed forward, then go left to find the stairs. Climb them and remove the inks to get the Knight's Flag.
Location of the knight's shield
Next to the stairs is a locked door with a wheel. Use the Royal Net on the wheel to open it and enter to see a room full of knights. To solve the puzzle, you must rotate three knights until they face forward. There's one to the left, one to the right, and one near the purple tent, where behind it is the Knight's Shield in a chest.
Location of the knight's helmet
Exit the previous room and proceed to the corridor on the other side. There will be a pond there, but it is inaccessible. Go up the stairs on the left and walk to the other side to find a room with a wheel and a piece of paper. Use the Real Network in DDV to spin it, which unlocks a nearby wooden door. Go to the pond and fish the red wave to get the Knight's Helmet.
Return to the three knights and give each of them the missing piece of armor. Finally, rotate each of them to face the monster behind it to unlock the giant wooden door at the end of the corridor. Cross it and interact with the source of corruption to push the last beanstalk closer to Maleficent's castle.
