Microsoft Rewards plans to select the contest winner on January 21, 2025, around noon Pacific time. From there, lucky Microsoft winners will be notified using the contact information provided in the contest. The million dollar winner will receive the money directly into a bank account, while the $10,000 winners will instead receive a prepaid card with the amount on it. The contest is open to users in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Germany, and users must have reached the “age of majority” in their region to participate. Entrants may only use one account to participate and are responsible for paying all taxes and fees on the prize money if they win.
