In total, nearly 16,000 co-stream broadcasts took place this year.

Outside of platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and X, the Game Awards were also streamed around the world, including Chinese streaming services like Bilibili and Weibo. With Black Myth: Wukong nominated for the best game of the year award, the show probably found more viewers in China than ever before. Viewers were also more engaged with the results than usual, with the number of votes rising to 112 million this year, up 25% on 2023.
