The Dragon Ball DAIMA episode 7 preview previews the first battle of Tamagami

AS Dragon Ball DAIMA delves deeper into the series, many previously seen or mentioned enemies will continue to appear. The final battles against the likes of the Supreme Demon King Gomah are still far away and Goku has only just begun to show his power. The Demon Realm's Dragon Balls could be a solution to returning everyone to their normally aged bodies, but they are each guarded by an undefeated Tamagami protector. With Goku's allies still trying to reach the Demon Realm, Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 7 may feature its most exciting fight yet.

With only six episodes in the books, Goku went from being unable to fly in his miniaturized form to pulling off Super Saiyan without much effort. The difficulty of Goku's fights has increased incrementally, but Dragon Ball DAIMA he showed remarkable restraint on this path. The first few battles seemed reminiscent of the original Dragon Ball series with Goku usually facing a group of woefully unprepared opponents. The enormous Minotaur teased in Episode 6 also proved to be a failure, but Goku showed off his Super Saiyan form and a little more power during a sparring session with Glorio.

Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 7 Can see Goku find the first Dragon Ball

Dragon Ball DAIMA once again gave fans a preview of what's coming next with a little five-second preview of episode 7, “Collar.” First, fans can see a familiar plane firing its weapons at a large tree-covered area before a few final frames of that shot show Goku emerging from the treeline. Eagle-eyed viewers may have noticed that it is the exact same design as the plane that the Gomah Gendarmerie were using during the search for Goku in episode 6, and can also be seen in the opening sequence of DAIMA. Immediately afterwards, Goku rolls on the ground with what could be the leaves of those same trees swirling around him. Next, fans see Shin talking to Panzy as he points to the collar around her neck. Considering the name of the episode, there may be more answers to come about these collars and how they are removed.

The most exciting part of this preview comes at the end, where a zoomed-in shot shows a potentially abandoned village, and a door in the huge crumbling wall next to the village frames something in the distance. A final closer shot of the same door in the Dragon Ball DAIMA The episode 7 preview is still hard to make out, but zooming in reveals a distant figure that looks a lot like one of the three Tamagami protecting the Demon Realm's Dragon Balls. Shown most clearly in the opening sequence of DAIMAthis future opponent with a huge hammer seems to have the Three Star Demon Realm Dragon Ball embedded in his chest. Recent previews have sometimes given incorrect directions, such as the Minotaur seen in the Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 6 preview, so there's a chance this is just a statue in the likeness of the Tamagami rather than the real thing. Even in that case it would still be a sign that the group is increasingly closer to that clash.

The other big development at the end of episode 6 is that Bulma's attempts to repair a ship to take Kibito, Piccolo, and Vegeta to the Demon Realm quickly crashed. Ultimately, this is a blessing in disguise as Hybis is on their way to the much needed passcode that will allow them to enter the Demon Realm. Whether or not Goku faces a Tamagami soon seems certain Dragon Ball DAIMA will advance several different storylines when episode 7 is released.
