Kill/Scoresteaks have been a staple of the call of Duty franchise ever since Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfarein 2007. Despite only having three Killstreaks, Call of Duty 4 laid a strong blueprint for the rest of the franchise to follow, with its radar, airstrike and helicopter, all still used today in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 in one form or another.
Returning to the Scorestreak system first introduced in Black operations 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 houses 18 separate power-ups. Many of these are long-standing staples of the franchise, such as UAV, RC-XD, Care Package, Napalm Strike, and Chopper Gunner. But Black operations 6 has its fair share of new Scorestreaks, one of which is a variation of a fan favorite and the best it's ever been.

Call of Duty has had many gunship kill streaks over the years
While it may not have been called “Gunship” yet, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's AC-130 Killstreak laid the foundation for what would quickly become one of the franchise's most popular and effective abilities. In place of the AC-130's gunner, players could choose between a 25mm Gatling gun, a 40mm cannon, and a 105mm howitzer, all of which could be used to decimate the opposing team in milliseconds. How the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Dreadnought stands out from the crowd
Available after getting the huge score of 1800, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6The Dreadnought is the most expensive Scorestreak in the game, but it is more than worth its high price. Rather than immediately appear at the gunner's place, Black operations 6Dreadnought's Dreadnought Scorestreak plays for the first time a very short cutscene that shows the player character in the cockpit of the gunship, flipping some switches, checking out the giant bomb behind them in the hold, and turning to man the gunnery station.
When the player's time in the Dreadnought's gunner's seat is over, another very short cutscene plays, this time showing the player character moving to the rear of the plane and releasing the aforementioned bomb onto the unsuspecting enemies below. Although they only last a second or two each, these cutscenes contribute greatly to the realization Black operations 6The Dreadnought feels like a major event and not just a temporary buff.

The Dreadnought also has a unique death animation for when the plane is destroyed, instead showing the Daisy Cutter bomb exploding inside the cargo hold.
But a Scorestreak can't just rely on flashy images. Fortunately, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6The Dreadnought is incredibly satisfying to use. Much like previous iterations of the gunboat, the Dreadnought allows players to choose between three powerful weapons, namely Rocket Pods, a double-barreled cannon, and a Gatling gun. Each of these weapons looks suitably dramatic, and they're more efficient than ever at annihilating enemy players who dare to break out of closed cover. And to top it off, the Scorestreak ends with a Daisy Cutter bomb slowly making its way across the battlefield, wiping out anyone still standing.
