The Korean studio employs just over 300 workers, all of whom were awarded one of Sony's updated consoles as an end-of-year bonus for their hard work. Additionally, all staff members will receive a bonus of approximately $3,400. According to a company representative, the generous bonuses were intended to encourage the company's employees to move forward. In July 2024, it was announced that Shift Up had raised $320 million on the South Korean stock market before its first day of trading, making it the country's second largest public offering for the year.
