RIYADH: A delegation of the Saudi-Tajik-Uzbek Parliamentary Friendship Committee of the Shoura Council recently met with senior officials during an official visit to Tajikistan. Led by Mohammed Al-Jarba, chairman of the committee, the delegation met with Tajikistan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Farrukh Sharifzoda at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dushanbe. The deputy minister welcomed the Saudi delegation, praising the strong relations between the two countries and praising Saudi Arabia’s global leadership, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
