One dead, five injured in France wedding hall attack

THIONVILLE: One person was killed and five others injured in northeastern France when several masked gunmen opened fire during a wedding ceremony, police sources said on Sunday. Sources suggest the attack in the northeastern town of Thionville was linked to settling scores between drug dealers. The shooting took place in the reception hall on the night from Saturday to Sunday and about a hundred people participated in it. Two people were seriously injured, one of them is in a critical condition. The perpetrators of the shooting fled the scene.
