During episode 84 of Letter from the Producer Live, Final Fantasy14 producer and director Naoki Yoshida said that the long-awaited 7.1 content update will launch on Tuesday, November 12. To kick off the 84th broadcast of the Live Letter, Square Enix has released the Final Fantasy14 Patch 7.1 launch trailer. The company has confirmed that update 7.1 will be released on Tuesday, November 12. The trailer began with the song “Vana'diel March” by Final Fantasy11 and showed various parts of the first Echoes of Vana'diel raid. Some Final Fantasy11 characters, including Prishe and the Shadow Lord, appeared in the trailer. Fragments from Dawn Trail the main story and the Futures Rescript (Ultimate) raid were also shown. In addition to the Patch 7.1 release date, Square Enix has also listed the release dates for the rest of the Patch 7.1 series. Patch 7.11 and the new Ultimate raid will arrive two weeks later on November 26th.
