Seoul: North Korea successfully tested its missile capabilities with multiple warheads, state media reported on Thursday, as dozens more balloons filled with garbage from Pyongyang landed in the South. Relations between the two Koreas are at one of their lowest points in years, with Pyongyang stepping up weapons tests while bombing the South with balloons full of garbage, it says, in retaliation for similar letters sent to the North by Southern activists.
