Metaphor: ReFantazioThe combat is some of the most refreshing gameplay players have ever seen in the RPG genre. It is reminiscent of Atlus' other flagship titles without being a direct copy. One of the mechanisms that distinguish it from the likes of Shin Megami Tensei or the Person It's the synthesis skill mechanic. This mechanic is similar to the dual technologies of Chronometric trigger.

To debilitate is a Shin Megami Tensei basic. However, with the addition of other abilities and mechanics, the game is not as good as in other Atlus titles.
This ability is available to players who need its utility without wasting time leveling up the Knight archetype tree for the much better abilities, Peerless Shadow and Peerless Sanctity. The fact that this ability can be accessed with base-level archetypes makes it perfect for low-level games Metaphor: ReFantazio, but outside of this use case, the trio's other synthesis capabilities are simply better.
5 Unparalleled shade

Peerless Shadow is one of the best synthesis skills and one of the best skills in Metaphor: ReFantazio — period! To access this ability, players must first unlock the Dark Knight archetype after maxing out the Knight archetype. It allows the player to deal a significant amount of damage while simultaneously debuffing the target. Multipurpose skills are simply better in most cases, and while its cost is high, this skill is devastating to tough enemies that are also weak to dark damage.
4 Unparalleled holiness

This ability is powerful for the same reasons as Peerless Shadow, the only difference being that the damage dealt is Light damage.
3 Precipice of the abyss
Strong and consistent damage in the mid game

- Archetype: Elemental Master

ReFantazio Metaphor: Affinity weak points of all bosses and enemies
There is a huge variety of enemies and bosses in Metaphor ReFantazio, and each has an affinity weakness that players must exploit to deliver devastating blows.
Abyss Precipice deals a significant amount of this type of damage to all enemies in battle, allowing for a strong and consistent damage option. The trade-off is that since it's basically true damage, it can't grant extra turns. With a turn cost of 3, sometimes it's simply better to take other actions, but if the player just needs to deal damage, they can't go wrong with Abyssal Crash.
2 Circus of Miracles
Great damage at no mana cost
- Description: Deals extreme physical damage to all enemies without consuming MP.
- Archetype: Trickster
- Type: Almighty
- Mana cost: 0 MP

- Second Allied requirement: Thief, Fake, Merchant, Assassin, Ninja, Trickster, Tycoon, Prince, Royal Thief
Miracle Cirque is strong for obvious reasons. The ability to deal the strongest type of damage without a resource cost should not be underestimated.
While the player still loses three turn icons using Miracle Cirque, the ability to deal consistent damage at no mana cost makes it a slightly better Abyss Precipice.
1 The Final Sire of Armageddon
Excellent damage for a real team
- Description: Deals 9,999 damage to all enemies.
- Archetype: Prince
- Type: Almighty
- Mana cost: 99MP
- Shift cost: 4
- Allied requirements: Royal Warrior, Royal Knight, Royal Thief, Royal Masked Dancer, Royal Summoner, Royal Berserker
To use this ability, all allies must use a Royal Archetype. Final Sire of Armageddon is the penultimate attack of Metaphor ReFantazio. While it may not be useful against any of the end-game bosses, since their health pools extend beyond 9,999, it is extremely useful for quickly dispatching normal enemies while you finish side quests or beat some extra levels to prepare for the sections endings of the game. the game.
