Don't let the name fool you, as Zalissya Bar Stash is not actually located inside the bar. Instead it is located nearby. It is also important not to confuse this with the Zalissya Journalist Stash, which is a separate loot stash tied to the Side quest “Seek and Thou Shalt Find”.. Keep these two supplies separate to avoid confusion while exploring.

Here is a step by step guide to finding the Zalissya Bar Stash:

Start at the crossroads: Stand in the center of the intersection near the Zalissya Bar location.
Head south: Go south and turn left to go through a small gap in the fence after passing through three guards.
Follow the fence: Keep the fence on the left side. When it ends, take another left turn.
Climb on logs: The next step is to climb over a pile of wooden logs and then climb onto the roof.
Enter the attic: Crouch and slide through a gap to enter the attic.
Collect loot: The escort will be on your left. Take everything inside to remove the supply marker from your map.
