How to get the Unbound Pose emote in Final Fantasy 14
THE Unbound Pose The emote is a unique emote added with the game's Patch 7.16 update, which highlights the addition of a final questline to the Dawntrail role-playing questline. To access it you will first need to fill out the file Main scenario mission “Dawntrail”. (MSQ) along with the following five role-playing missions:

'Dreams of a new day' – Tank Role Quest (A Tank job at level 90 or higher is required to complete this quest line)

'An antidote to anarchy' – Healer role quest (A Healer job at level 90 or higher is required to complete this quest line)
