Black Ops 6 Zombies: Terminus Main Mission Guide
Players must battle the horrors and undead experiments that impede their escape from Terminus Island in this main mission of Black Ops 6 Zombies!
The DR11 Beam Smasher has arrived BO6 it's an essential weapon that will truly allow players to excel as they struggle to land high hits against Manglers, Amalgams, and hordes of zombies. There are a few steps to get the Beamsmasher Black operations 6but they are easy to follow below.
Step 1: Turn on the power with the AMP generators
To activate the mission to acquire the DRI-11 Beamsmasher, players must first restore power to Terminus Island by activating the AMP generators. There are three AMP Generators on the map, and each of them can be activated for 500 Essences (players will receive 500 Essences for each completed AMP Generator). Purple-eyed zombies will spawn to attack the AMP generator, so be sure to defend them at every location:
- Inside the guard station (via spawn)
- Inside the quarters (of Jugger-Nog)
- Inside the Bio Lab (near the cylinder in the center)
Once all three AMP generators have been brought online, jump into the water to raise the elevator and bring Pack-a-Punch online.
Step 2: Activate the three computer terminals
There are three computer terminals that can be found on Terminus and each of them will need to be activated via the interact button. Players don't yet need to memorize the symbols that appear; they should be aware that they will be different for each game, but their spawns will not. Here's where to find all three laptops in Terminus:
- Outside the guard station near the Communications railing.
- Outside the interrogation room, in the storage area, near railings and barbed gate.
- At the railings leading to the Docks, which are found following the stairs from the Torre del Mare.
Step 3: Acquire the EMF Fob
Now that Pack-a-Punch is active and power has been restored to the island, players will need to acquire the Dead Wire Ammo Mod on any weapon for 500 Salvage at the Armory Station. It is recommended to grab Dead Wire with a rapid-fire weapon, as players will have to shoot at stationary targets.
After acquiring Dead Wire, head to the inclined elevator in the Bio Lab and purchase the journey up for 500 Essence. Players must now shoot 5 electrical boxes with their Dead Wire equipped weapon, and the video below details the location of all 5:
- Face north on the inclined elevator, into the room through the shattered glass.
- Immediately to the right of the first electrical box on the wall.
- Immediately to the right of the second electrical box, against the living quarters wall.
- Inside the quarters, above the AMP generator.
- On the outside wall of the quarters, to the right of a blue barrel near the entrance.
After shooting all 5 in order with the Dead Wire, the doors to the research office will open and inside, squeezed under a cabinet, will be a zombie that players can kill to acquire the EMF Fob.
Step 4: Get the Multiphasic Resonator
With the EMF Fob acquired and all three laptops activated on Terminus, players can now head to the Sea Tower. From inside the Sea Tower, there will be a desk with a briefcase with a hand attached, located just to the right of Elemental Pop. Players can interact with the briefcase to open it and take the multiphasic resonator, but be careful: several parasites will appear, so kill them and enjoy the simple essence, then take the multiphasic resonator back to the research office.
Step 5: Solve the Beamsmasher DRI-11 puzzle
With the EMF Keychain and Multiphasic Resonator, players can look at the computer terminal in the research office and interact with it twice to place the Multiphasic Resonator and 3 sticky notes with unique symbols corresponding to X, Y, and Z. Players Now they have to find the three correct codes to activate the Beamsmasher puzzle and there are two ways to do this.
First, players can go to the guard station at the spawn and bribe Peck to get the answers for 5,000 essences. While this might seem like a lot, players can actually get a refund from Peck if they purchase a fish and cook it for him in the canteen.

Dr. Peck has a weak point in Black Ops 6 Zombies' Terminus map, and it's a decent piece of fry that will see the return of 5,000 Essence.
Second, players can solve the puzzle on their own by looking at the blackboards showing which numbers correspond to the X, Y, and Z symbols, and then solving the algebra associated with each question on the other blackboard. Here is a detailed explanation on how to solve the DRI-11 Beamsmasher puzzle:

Black Ops 6 Zombies: How to Solve the Terminus Mathematical Puzzle
Black Ops 6 Zombies requires players to remember their math and algebra lessons if they want to acquire the free DRI-11 Beamsmasher on Terminus.
Players will know if they entered the correct code as there will be a comment from Peck or Strauss, and now all players need to do is move on to the next turn, which will allow them to collect the Multiphasic Resonator and locate a new island on the screen of the terminal.
Step 6: Obtain the AMP ammo by charging the Multiphasic Resonator
With the Multiphasic Resonator back in your inventory from the terminal, it's time to head to the docks and take a tactical raft out to sea. Players will need to travel to the East Island, Castle Rock Island, where a glowing blue orb will be on the shore. Players can interact with the blue orb with their multiphasic resonator, which will begin spawning zombies endlessly. The objective here is to control the orb to shoot a zombie, then players must kill that zombie and interact with the orb they drop and transport it to the blue orb. Players must do this twice, which will kill the zombies and send the blue orb away. Remember to collect the Multiphasic Resonator when you're done.
Now, players head to the South Island, Crab Island, where a green orb will be found. Place the multiphasic resonator on the sphere and wait for the sphere to hit the zombies, then carry the sphere into the larger sphere. This also needs to be done twice and players should be warned that parasites will spawn during this encounter. Once completed, players can take the Multiphasic Resonator and head to the third and final island.
Head to the northwestern island of Temple Island, where there will be a purple orb floating on the shore. Place the Multiphasic Resonator next to it, then kill the zombies hit by the sphere to bring their essence into the sphere just like the previous two spheres. Once completed, the AMP ammo portion will be released.
Step 7: Create the Beamsmasher DRI-11
Players will now have the AMP Ammo, Multiphasic Resonator, and EMF Keychain, which are all the parts they need to craft the DRI-11 Beamsmasher. Once you have these three parts, head back to the research office on the main island of Terminus and at the back of the room is the workbench that they can interact with to assemble the DRI-11 Beamsmasher for their own personal use.
Is the Beamsmasher DRI-11 worth it?
The DRI-11 Beamsmasher is a great wonder weapon that players should add to their arsenal in Terminus due to its accessibility and the ease with which it will land higher shots. The DRI-11 Beamsmasher's crackling energy beam is pretty deadly, but can be made even better with its alternate fire ability to stun zombies, including Amalgams. Not only will enemies stun for a short time, but they will take extra damage from weapons, so it definitely makes the camo grind easier if players can achieve high hits thanks to a gun that will constantly weaken targets.
Players can also try their luck at the Mystery Box to obtain the DRI-11 Beamsmasher or use the Wonderbar! Ultra GobbleGum, but remember, the Beamsmasher is not in Liberty Falls, just in Terminus.
