Where to find raccoons in Red Dead Redemption

To reach Rank 6 in the Master Hunter challengesMarston must kill and skin five raccoons, five foxes, and five skunks. Raccoons are night creatures, so the best time to hunt them is from dusk to dawn. Here are some of the most reliable locations:

  • Oddfellow's Rest: At night the cemetery here is a hot spot for raccoons and rabbits.
  • Beecher's hope: Check the area in front of the pavilion, west of the main house.
  • As soon as south of Beecher's Hope in the morning from about 4 to 6.
  • Armadillo: Look behind the stagecoach in the grassy area for both raccoons and skunks. Plus, explore the city's alleys at night.
  • South of Armadillo: You can find raccoons between the two road routes on the map.
  • Tanner Range: Place the bait in the large opening near the river, south of the town.
  • Tall trees: You can find raccoons in the northern part of Tall Trees.
  • Nosalida: Keep to the left side of the circular road to find Raccoons.
  • Tanner Duration: Look near the “e” in the city name.
  • The plains: The areas west of Serendipity wreck and north of Thieves' Landing they are home to many raccoons.
