Gyutaro along with his sister Daki were the main demons that Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke and Tengen fought in the Entertainment District arc. He is able to create sharp, curved scythes using his blood which can be used for both offensive and defensive attacks, these blood scythes can be thrown in any direction and it is impossible to follow their direction, this allows Gyutaro to attack his opponents from all directions. Due to his immense speed, Gyutaro can also unleash a variety of blood scythe attacks, making it even more difficult for opponents to dodge them. Another factor of Gyutaro's blood demon art is also that his blood is extremely poisonous, this means that any attack made with his scythes on his opponent means that he is directly poisoned, weakening him in the end, this is seen when Tanjiro he is cut several times and becomes weaker and is almost completely paralyzed.
Gyutaro is also able to use his Blood Demon Art to coordinate attacks with his sister Daki.
