It would not be surprising if the great dragon was connected to one of the Seven Rulers, considering that the previous Archon Chapter had introduced Neuvillette, a reincarnation of the Hydro Dragon. Some fans have noted that they wouldn't mind if HoYoverse introduced a similar Pyro version of Neuvillette to the roster, especially considering that he is widely regarded as the most powerful Hydro DPS unit in Genshin Impact.
In fact, Neuvillette may make an in-game appearance in the coming months, as HoYoverse has confirmed that she will be featured on the Phase 2 banner in Genshin Impact Version 5.2. The first part of the update will contain two new playable units: the new five-star Anemo DPS Chasca and the four-star support Ororon, both expected to arrive on November 20.
