Sony has announced the free version PlayStation Plus games that subscribers will be able to claim in December 2024. Each month begins with a new batch of free games that PlayStation Plus subscribers can add to their digital libraries. The monthly free PS Plus games are available as part of the Essential tier, meaning all subscribers can get them.
A big benefit of monthly free PS Plus games is that subscribers can keep them indefinitely as long as they remain subscribed to the service. This is in contrast to the games available in the Extra and Premium tiers, which rotate in and out of availability.
