The crossroads
You can encounter this statue on your first trip to the Crossroads. After defeating the champion of the gods, take the path that leads up instead of down. The figurine is located on a ledge north of the altar.
The next Fen'Harel statue you can unlock is located in the Converging City area, behind the Gate of the Lost Age. In the second area that you need to reach by climbing a ladder, the statue is under the head of the rightmost serpent. To reach the figurine, you'll need to climb a second ladder, use Spite's Reach to create a series of platforms to the east, then jump to reach the ledge where the figurine awaits.
The third Altar of the Dread Wolf is located on the heights of Athim. From the dock, climb up through the ruined building to the open area at the base of the cliff. Turn right and you will see the Fen'Harel statue behind the griffin statue. The statuette he's pointing to is at the top of the cliff, to the right of where the nearby zipline takes you.
Another Heights of Athim statue is next to the ruined tree. It's near the wall on the left. The statuette he's pointing to is in the village below, on the same platform as the zipline.
The last Fen'Harel statue of the Crossroads has returned to Elvhenan's Haven. Once you open the Door of Faded Glories, head down the northern ramp. After going through the arch, turn right and jump down the platforms. They lead to the Dread Wolf statue. Point to a figurine on the northern island, which is on the ledge between the second and third owl statues.

Arlathan Forest
The first Dread Wolf statue in Arlathan is found in the Mystic Tower, atop the vertical ruins in the northwest corner of the region. Just go through the open door to the south to find it. The figurine is found on a pedestal in the Jagged Ruins, beneath the floating stone platforms.
Another statue of Fen'Harel can be found in the Tainted Woods, in the northeastern area of Arlathan. You'll need to climb up some platforms along the eastern edge of the area, and the statue is in a semi-collapsed room. To reach his statuette, turn left as you exit the room and hug the stone wall. The figurine will appear on a dial straight ahead of you.
The third Fen'Harel Altar is located in the Nameless Building, in a shortcut connecting the Shore Courtyard to the Shady Grove. You will need to start the “Loyal Friends” side quest to open this link. To collect the figurine, go to the courtyard on the shore, climb the platforms and go to the northern edge of the highest level.
Trevisano
The only Treviso statue is located in the Cuore and Centrale area, just south of the Tenute Dellamorte. To find it, head east through the market, cross the canal, and then turn right when you reach the garden. The statuette is found to the north, behind some breakable crates in an alcove surrounded by pillars.
Hossberg Wetlands
This Altar of Fen'Harel is located in the Flooded Farmlands, the area east of Lavendel and the Wardens' camp where “Only an Echo” takes place. Check the water behind the building in the southeast corner. The figurine is found on the roof of a small shack to the east of the southeast building. You will have to lift a stone platform to get onto the roof.
The second Hossberg Dread Wolf statue is located in the Lost Village area, south of Lavendel. From the north entrance, follow the right wall and you should eventually come across it. To get the figurine, you will need to enter the ruined building directly south of the altar.

Dock Town (Minrathous)
This Fen'Harel statue can be found in Andraste's Guardian, above an old mine at the north end of the map. The statuette he is pointing to is at the bottom of the mine, in the center of a large dias. You'll have to fight your way through undead enemies and operate the elevator up.
The second Dread Wolf Altar is located in The Seclusion, the area where you and Neve fought Bataris during “The Smuggled Relic Case”. Go south from the boss arena and solve a simple puzzle to unlock access to this statue. The figurine you need to find is on a small diameter that you will reach by running across the magical bridge that is straight ahead of you.
Costa Rivain
The first Rivain Coast Fen'Harel statue is close to the Eluvian of the region. After crossing the stream and going down the stairs, there is a stone platform you can extend to your right. The Dread Wolf is up the stairs in the southwest corner of the building. The statuette he's pointing to is in the southwest corner of the beach below.
