Disney Valley of Dreams has launched a new language option that allows Disney fans to experience the game in Brazilian Portuguese. The new language option applies to the base game of Disney Valley of Dreams as well as the contents of the Expansion Pass, making the game even more accessible to the Brazilian market.

The most recent update contains many features, such as adding Sally from The nightmare before Christmas to the character roster, introducing the new Frost & Fairies Star Path with seven different winter rewards and the return of the annual holiday event The Gift of Giving, which will offer players some additional freebies later in the month.

With everything included in the year-end update, some players may not have noticed the announcement that Gameloft's development team has also added the Brazilian Portuguese language option. Disney Valley of Dreams originally launched with language options for English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese and Simplified Chinese, but for those who missed it in the Disney Dreamlight Valley delicious sewing patch notes, the game's social media team is now pointing out that players in Brazil have a new language option geared specifically to meet their needs.

Adding new language options to Disney Valley of Dreams This is no small task, as Gameloft regularly adds new content, including new valley residents and quests associated with them. Since its Early Access launch in September 2022, the game has received 14 different free content updates, six of which have arrived over the last year. In addition to all the free updates the game has received over its lifetime, the new Brazilian Portuguese language option has also been added. Disney Valley of DreamsPaid expansion content for Storybook Vale and A Rift in Time. A Rift in Time was the game's first paid expansion, released in early December 2023, while the more recent Storybook Vale released its first part in November 2024, with even more content planned for addition throughout summer of 2025.


While the addition of the new language appears to be a big hit among the game's Brazilian fans, not everything has gone perfectly for all players with the Sew Delightful update. Some players are complaining about lag issues when trying to complete their Frost & Fairies Star Path tasks, though it's unclear what platforms these players are running the game on.
