Brighter banks is the latest title released by Andrew Gower, creator of the incredibly popular MMORPG Runescape, promising fans of the classic title hundreds of hours of gameplay and a myriad of new professions to master. Many of these professions will be familiar to Runescape players, such as Chef or Fisher, Brighter banks seems to stand out with its unique professions such as Minefighter, Watchperson and Detective.

Forager, one of the first professions introduced during Brighter Shores' tutorial, allows players to collect naturally occurring materials around the world, which are used as crafting materials by other professions such as alchemists. Foraging, however, is not without costs, as some collected items require players to obtain foraging equipment such as shears to collect them. Where to find shears on the brightest coasts

Shears are the first piece of equipment Foragers can get starting at level 2. It can be simple purchased by talking to Ella at Forager's Warehouse on Old Street Eastlocated directly east of the town square. Pruning shears, however, are not cheap, costing players 13 silver and 200 copper to obtain.

Players just starting their journey may not be able to afford the shears as soon as they reach Forager level 2. To earn money, players will need to use their professions to collect or craft valuable items and sell them to the appropriate NPCs. all over the world. Some ways to earn currency include:

An easy way to earn money is to level up the chef profession and sell bacon sandwiches to the head chef to make a profit. Bread and raw bacon can be purchased from Kevin's Ingredients on Stone Street just outside the training grounds, and cooked in The Delectable Dab's kitchen right next door. Buying a piece of bread and a piece of raw bacon costs a total of 400 copper, but selling a cooked bacon sandwich to the head chef earns players 460 copperoffering players an easy way to earn money while leveling up their Chef profession.

What are the shears for on the brighter coasts?

Shears are required to gather some leftover materials as part of the Gatherer profession. The first gathering item that requires shears are Creamy Wall Plants at Gatherer level 2, which can be combined with Brown Algae by level 2 alchemists to create 20% healing potions. White Periwinkles, available for harvesting at Forager level 4, also use shears and are used by level 4 alchemists as part of the recipe for Hopeport Experience potions at 5%, increasing the amount of experience gained per 2 minutes.
