The final part of Archery and Archrivals takes place within the Fairy tale test in the wild woodswhere you unlock Flynn Rider Disney Valley of Dreamsis the mission A Sheep in Wolf's Clothing. Go to the Fairy Trial inside the portal in the wild woods and talk to Merida to kick off the archery competition between her and Flynn. This part of the mission then involves several objectives back and forth between Merida, Flynn and the archery targets as listed below:


  • Talk to Merida AND Flynn also in The Trial of Fairy Tales take a picture of Flynn next to the target after shooting an arrow.
  • Review archery targets find Flynn's magnet and show it to Flynn: it turns out that the mischievous villager is cheating and maybe he doesn't shoot arrows so well after all.
  • Talk to Merida and get her back arrow shot with trick from the archery targets – an arrow with three apples.
  • Show Merida's arrow to Flynn and watch the couple chat to resolve their differences.

Passing all of the objectives above completes the “Archery and Archrivals” mission, where it appears that Flynn and Merida are friends again. You can now return to exploring Storybook Vale or work towards Merida's next friendship quest, which you can start at Friendship Level 7 after unlocking Haydes and some other valley villagers.
