All the new Revenant Exotics and how to get them

Destiny 2The latest episode of Revenant introduced a new way to tackle tonics, a new story, and a brand new dungeon to dive into. Alongside all these changes, though, have come some exotics that seem to focus on making Stasis a stronger subclass and a little more viable for higher-level tasks.

Currently, there are 5 new Exotic items you can earn, two new weapons and one new item of each Destiny 2 class. This may change as the episode acts release, as was evident with the final Exotic quest to obtain Choir of One.

Alethonymous grenade launcher

Alethonym's main perk is Harvester Spike, which causes weapon kills to create Vestiges, which you can then harvest to activate the weapon's second perk, Vestigial Alchemy. This perk is interesting because you can choose how to use it. Once you've collected enough Vestiges to fill your Vestigal Alchemy bar up to 50%, you can use a special cooldown to give you and your allies a special ammo brick with your next kill. At 100%, you can craft a heavy ammo brick.

Alethonym is in the Season Pass and is available at Rank 1 for Season Pass players and at Rank 40 for free-to-play players.

Blastwave Striders Titan Leg Armor

Defeating enemies charges the Blastwave Striders, so you can deal explosive damage to yourself or slide to jump backwards and spawn projectiles that spawn stasis crystals on impact. Your charged missile jumps grant you Frost Armor, and the perk also minimizes the damage you take when dealing burst damage to yourself.

To unlock the exotic, you need to earn reputation and reach rank 16 with Master Rahool. Then you will have access to level 3 decoding where you can choose which exotics you want to eliminate. You can find Blastwave Striders in this menu.

Sorcerer's chest armor with frost robe

The Rime-Coat perk, Bleak Domain, increases the range of your Bleak Watcher turret and creates Stasis Crystals and Stasis Storm around it. While in the storm, you will obtain icicles and any enemies hit from inside the storm will be slowed.

Like the Titan Leg Armor, you need to reach Rank 16 with Master Rahool and unlock the Tier 3 decoding to get the Rime-Coat robe. You can increase your reputation with him by opening primary and exotic engrams that you collect while performing various activities.

Hunter's Helmet Mask of Loyalty

Null Factor, the perk of the Mask of Loyalty, causes blows from the Withered Blade to create small stasis crystals and return some of your melee energy. Using the Withered Blade to destroy a stasis crystal or frozen enemy will also create an eruption of Withered Blades.

This is the third exotic you can get by increasing your reputation with Master Rahool to rank 16. Like the previous two, you will unlock the level 3 encoding menu and can get the Mask of Loyalty in this menu once you have an exotic engram from save.

Icebreaking sniper rifle

Icebreaker is not a new name for those who have been playing since the release of Destinyand Bungie has now brought it back Destiny 2The Vesper Dungeon. You don't have to do anything specific to get it, as it's a random drop, so you just need to run the new dungeon and complete the final encounter until it's yours.

It works a little differently than it used to Destinywhere you could essentially get infinite ammo. In the Destiny 2 version, you will regenerate Ice Breaker ammo up to 10 shots when you get kills with other weapons.
