How to resist ailments in Path of Exile 2
Your chances of being inflicted with an ailment are based on the amount of damage done by the corresponding damage type, so to avoid an ailment, you will have to avoid his type of damage. In addition to physical damage, there are four other types of damage, here is what disorders they can cause:
- Fire – Turn on
- Frost – Cool and freeze
- Lightning – Electrocution and shock
- Chaos – Bleeding and poison
While not all attacks with this type of damage have a chance to cause one of the corresponding ailments, resisting damage will generally reduce your chances of being affected by ailments. It is possible to significantly increase resistance with passive skills, although it is impossible to completely resist any type of damage, regardless of build.
