Among the different NPCs that players have throughout the game Sharp headRarities stand out for their in-depth character design and abilities. However, you can choose to make them look even more distinct by using alternative costumes/outfits. There are several unlockable outfits for playable NPCs in the game, although some may be a little more difficult to unlock than others.

How to unlock all outfits/costumes in Slitterhead

There are 16 distinct Rarity costumes/outfits which players can unlock as they progress Sharp head. You can try on the unlocked outfit in the Wardrobe menu, but keep in mind that each costume is designed for a particular rarity and cannot be equipped on another. Here are the details of all the costumes/outfits and how to unlock them Sharp head.

  • Aim your attacks at the body hanging on the back of the Orchid Mantis Slitterhead boss.
  • Dropping the body will unlock the outfit.

T-shirt

Missing Girl RE (2nd round)
  • Go through the markets and turn right towards the overpass staircase to interact with a shrine.
  • Defeat the Sanctuary Guardian “Tiger”, Slitterhead, summoned by the Sanctuary.

Apron

The Duel
  • Defeat the boss Julee (Leopard Head) during the mission.

Tank top

Breaking the bond
  • After receiving the “Chase Slitterhead with Release Key” task, head to the top of one of the buildings with the neon signs.
  • Interact with the Sanctuary on the roof to summon Slitterhead “Pig” Sanctuary Guardian.
  • Defeat him to unlock the outfit/costume.

Anita

Cheongsam (white)

Sleepless Zone RE (2nd Cycle)
  • Aim your attacks at the body hanging on the back of the Giant Leaf Insect Slitterhead boss.
  • Dropping the body will unlock the costume.

Edo

Under the shirt

Hidden cave RE (2nd tour)
  • Interact with the Shrine at the start of the mission to summon the Guardian “Dragon” Slitterhead.
  • Defeat the boss to acquire the outfit.

No shirt

Pot of Poison RE (2nd Loop)
  • After returning to the kitchen, go up the stairs to the 3rd floor to interact with the Shrine.
  • Interacting with the Shrine will summon Slitterhead minions, and taking them down will cause one of them to transform into the Shrine Guardian Slitterhead “Snake” boss.
  • Defeat the boss to unlock the outfit.

Doni

Uniform (waist tie)

Mantis Trap
  • Defeat Michelle, the final boss of the mission to unlock the costume.

Pot of Poison RE (2nd Loop)
  • Aim your attacks at the body hanging on the back of the Warty Frogfish Slitterhead boss.
  • Dropping the body will unlock the outfit.

Shirt

Oppressive Force RE (2nd Cycle)
  • Interact with the Shrine on top of one of the buildings near the overpass to summon the Shrine Guardian “Rabbit”, boss of Slitterhead.
  • Defeating the boss will unlock the outfit.

Suspenders

Black Payback REV (Mirror)
  • Aim your attacks at the body hanging on the back of the Greater Blue-Ringed Octopus Slitterhead boss.
  • Dropping the body will unlock the costume.

Alex

Under the shirt

Insidious Sucker RE (2nd round)
  • At the start of the mission, turn left and head down the alley to interact with a shrine and summon the Shrine Guardian's “Money”.
  • Defeating all Slitterheads minions will unlock the outfit.

Lab coat

Beyond the limit
  • Target your attacks at the body hanging on the back of Lisa's “Mimic Octopus” Slitterhead boss.
  • Dropping the body will unlock the costume.

Motorcycle jacket

Ghost Family RE RE (3rd Cycle)
  • At the start of the mission, possess an NPC in an orange room through an open window.
  • Afterwards, continue to possess NPCs to run the building until you reach the 3rd floor.
  • Go down the corridor and through the open door on the right to interact with a shrine and summon the Shrine Guardian's Slitterhead “Sheep” boss.
  • Defeat the boss to unlock the outfit.

Tri

Devil adrift
  • Defeat the Yin Yue boss at the end of the mission to unlock the costume.

Betty

Daisy theme

Breaking the bond
  • Play with Betty on the team.
  • Keep civilian casualties low.
  • Aim your attacks at the body hanging on the back of the Weedy Stingfish Slitterhead boss to drop it.
