Gathering resources and raw materials in My Time At Sandrock is a major aspect of gameplay. Not only do you get to hone your skills as a builder and restore the town to its former glory, you also get to know the land and the people in a unique way that’s all your own.
Early on, you’ll need to learn how to craft different materials that you can use to build machines and fulfill commissions. Doing so will not only help the town, but it will develop your skills as a builder. Lend a helping hand to your fellow neighbor!
What Are Bricks?
Bricks are a refined material you craft in My Time At Sandrock. That means you’ll have to gather raw materials to create bricks. Thankfully, there are raw materials all around you, and the components for making bricks aren’t hard to find.
From there, bricks can be used to build new machines at the Assembly Station. This will fulfill important commissions and make life in Sandrock a lot easier.
How To Make Bricks
To make bricks, you’ll need to construct a furnace first. Crafting a furnace at the Assembly Station costs:
- Two Stone Troughs
- Four Quartz
- Two Wooden Sticks
Once you’ve put it all together on the Assembly Station, place it in your workshop.
You’ll need to make sure the furnace is powered up before it can craft any refined materials.
After ensuring that it’s operating smoothly, you can craft bricks by putting four Stone into the furnace. It will take a few minutes to prepare, but then you’re ready to go.
Once the bricks are ready, you can collect them from the furnace and continue fulfilling commissions or building great things.
Getting Bricks Through Recycling
You can also find bricks by recycling. This isn’t guaranteed, but it can save you a bit of time and effort if you’re an avid scrap collector.
