The anime of 8 best destinies
From dramatic wars to magical girls and even slice of life, this series has everything.
These characters can be small low -level cameos exclusive for mobile titles or widely reinvented incarnations, but one thing is certain: they are part of what makes destiny such a popular series. Here are some characters with whom art imitates life – and sometimes it overcomes it.

Jeanne D'Ac
Governed
In real life, Jeanne D'Arc – known as Giovanna D'Arco in her Anglicized name – was a military leader who challenged the genre roles to become a symbol of hope for France during the Hundred Years War. Just like his counterpart in real life, Jeanne D'Arc assumes the role of the leader.
A character of the sovereign class appears briefly in fate/zero before taking on an important role as a referee of the war of the great Grail. Given the speed with which the issues are bad, Jeanne is forced to take on a more involved role.
9
Hans Christian Andersen
Caste
Although it still has to appear in an important role, Hans Christian Andersen has appeared both in fate/Grand Order and in the destiny/CCC Extra. It is based on the homonymous Danish narrator of real life, often considered one of the greatest fairytale authors.

Each servant in fate/zero, classified
From Arctor to Hassan, here are the best servants in fate/zero.
In fate video games, HC Andersen appears as a frank but loyal servant who is ready to underline defects in others, including his own master. Although it is not particularly powerful alone in fate/Grand Order, it can be a useful support unit thanks to its noble ghost.
8
Spartacus
Berserker
The reinvented character of Spartacus in the Fate series is a rather pitiful version. Like his counterpart in real life, he is dedicated to the fight against injustice, but the constant washing of the brain has made him mostly inconsistent. It is easy to manipulate and overcome, being among the first servants to be defeated in the greatest war of the Grail.
As its Berserker class indicates, Spartacus is all muscular and small brain, fighting without thinking a lot even for those who are breeding the sword. This makes its role in the adaptations of decidedly minor but memorable souls.
7
Arctoria pendragon
Saber
The mascot of fate and the central character of Fate/Stay Night, Armeria Pendragon, is based on the British popular hero King Arthur. Given the exaggerated legends that appear on him from the twelfth century onwards, the general consensus now says that King Arthur was not a real person, but instead he got up from a fusion of Welsh mythology and English folklore.
In any case, the ancient king was reinvented as a female of shielding in the series of fate. Its kind constitutes a fundamental part of the story of Fate/Stay Night, in which he challenges the characters surprised that the legendary king is a woman. The character maintained a strong presence during the fate series.
6
Siegfried
Saber
In German and Scandinavian literature, Siegfried – also known as Sigurd – is a popular hero responsible for the killing of the Dragon Fafnir. Forms interesting parallelisms for both King Arthur and Achille, as it is part of a realist sect of invulnerable heroes who have encountered their fall at the hands of a single weakness.

In fate, Siegfried gives Sieg half of his life and half of his name – despite his first disappearance in fate/apocrypha, forms a fundamental part of the power of homunculus.
5
Vlad tepes
Lancer
Vlad Tepes, also known as Vlad the Impler, is one of the most interesting figures in Romanian history. Famous for his brutal punishments that made him earn his evident nickname, he inspired the character of Dracula and remains a fixed appointment in the historical narrative of the darkest variety.
Vlad is an interesting character because his fame in real life is parallel to his status in the Fate series, in particular in the fate/apocrypha. A national hero in Romania but insulted in other countries, Vlad powers adapt according to the beliefs of the people around him. Since fate/apocrypha largely takes place in its homeland, Vlad enjoys a greater degree of power there.
4
Jack the Ripper
Killer
The London's Whitechapel district is sentenced to infamy for his nineteenth century serial killings, perpetrated by a mysterious individual nicknamed Jack the Ripper. Although based on historical facts, the killer has never been found, and therefore its media representations are based largely on the imagination.
In the fate series, Jack the Ripper is portrayed as a brutal and fatal servant who is considered a joker. He doesn't care much about victory and never joins his part in fate/apocrypha. Most of his efforts focus on the continuation of his crowds.
3
William Shakespeare
Caste
William Shakespeare does not need introduction as he has an omnipresent fame as the greatest English playwright, the compulsively obsessive literature lessons to date. In the series of fate, he assumes a support role, preferring to intertwine stories about the conflict rather than seeking the same Holy Grail.

In a fun way – and obviously – the enchanting character, based on the playwright with the same name, is given to dramatic phrase curves. He is able to trap his enemies in the illusions brought by their hopes and his vivid imagination. Shakespeare remains an enigma until the end, very similar to his counterpart in real life.
2
Achilles
Knight
Although his role in the Iliad is based on the antagonist, as expected with the narration of the poet Homer with the strati, Achilles is the most popular and loved champion of the Trojan War. The real historical base of Troy is dark, but Achilles' character still captures everyone's imagination.
The fate series expands the characterization of Achilles considering it a pupil of Chiron, a Greek centaur. The two fight an honorable duel in fate/apocrypha, with Achille emerging the winner, at the expense of having his weak point – the heel always irritated – exposed and his defeated immortality.
1
Astolfo
Knight
The popularity of Astolfo has given impetus to the academic studies that study how the reincarnations of pop culture can overcome the fame of real historical figures, with the phenomenon nicknamed the Astolfo effect. This is due to the explosive popularity of the character following the airing of the series of Fate/Apocrypha souls.
An imaginary knight in the Charlemagne service of the French king, the reimagination of the Astolfo anime maintains its characteristics of loyalty and good heart. He is the first friend of Sieg and remains one of his closest allies during the greatest war in the Grail.
